The International Language

English is the fourth most widely spoken native language in the world, and in terms of sheer number of speakers, it is the most spoken official language in the world. It is the primary language used in international affairs. The English language has official status even in nations where it is not the primary spoken language. English is indisputably the primary language of global trade and commerce. In many countries, most tourism authorities and other officials in contact with the public speak English to interact and engage with tourists and immigrants.

New Teachers.

Con gusto les presentamos a los nuevos maestros del Área de Inglés de Secundaria.

Kristopher McCracken y Eduardo Meyer.

Kristopher es de origen británico, y ha enseñado inglés en varios países. Está casado, tiene dos hijos, y vive en México desde hace unos años. Le gusta practicar futbol y tenis. Le gusta enseñar idioma porque puede proveer a los alumnos de nuevas herramientas que antes no tenían.

Edward aunque de aspecto europeo es mexicano, pero su padre es suizo. Practica esgrima antigüa, la cúal es un conjunto de artes marciales de origen europeo. También elabora cerveza artesanal en su tiempo libre. De enseñar idioma le parece interesante ver cómo evolucionan los alumnos durante el curso.

Examen final

El examen final de inglés será el Lunes 29 de Junio a las 8:00am.

Como lo marca la SEP será anual y de preguntas abiertas, por lo que es importante prepararse con tiempo.

Podrán encontrar los temarios y algunas actividades de práctica en los blogs de cada nivel.
